Our team is led by our founder promoter, Ankit Agrawal. Ankit is an experienced investment analyst with research experience across asset classes and geographies. Ankit is also associated with a Singapore-based independent research platform, Smartkarma, through which he provides his research services to global institutions.

In his last role, Ankit was a core member of the investment team at Investcorp that was managing $1bn+ in discretionary client assets. As an investment analyst with Investcorp, a $34bn global asset manager, in the New York office, Ankit was a member of the 1) Investment Recommendation Committee that was responsible for originating, monitoring, and evaluating investments and 2) Strategic Outlook Committee that was responsible for setting macroeconomic views. Prior to Investcorp, Ankit worked with Howe & Rusling, a $1bn+ long-only asset manager, focusing primarily on US equities.

Ankit has an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from University of Rochester in Rochester, New York and a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is also a CFA Charterholder from CFA Institute, US.

Sonam Agrawal is a rank-holder chartered accountant with professional experience across corporate audit, financial statement analysis, credit underwriting and taxation. She serves as a consulting advisor to us on these matters.

Sonam has a rich experience in corporate auditing through past audits of large firms and SMEs. She also brings a deep understanding of MSME lending and retail banking business through her past managerial experience at Cosmos Bank, which comes handy to us when analyzing NBFCs and banks.

Sonam is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She has also cleared all the CPA (US) examinations.
